No — Vault Rewards points never expire. Earn them and redeem whenever you're ready. The only exception is if your account is closed, at which point any unredeemed points are forfeited.
Purchase points are added when your order ships. Review, social, referral, and birthday points are typically added within 24–48 hours of the qualifying action being verified.
Yes — and bespoke orders earn double points on the full order value. A $695 bespoke jacket at Gold tier (5 pts/$) earns approximately 6,950 points before the 2× multiplier — around 13,900 points total.
Store credit redeemed from points can be combined with most promotional offers. Percentage discount codes redeemed via points cannot be stacked with other codes.
They are separate but complementary. Referring a friend earns you $15 store credit (referral programme) plus 500 Vault Rewards points (this programme). Your referred friend gets 10% off their first order and starts at Bronze tier. Both are credited automatically.
