Your credit is applied automatically to your account as soon as your friend's order status changes to "Confirmed" — usually within minutes of payment. You'll receive an email notification when it lands.
No limit at all. Refer one friend or one hundred — you earn $15 for every single one who completes their first order. Your referral code never expires and your earning potential is unlimited.
The 10% referral discount applies to all products including new arrivals and limited drops — but it cannot be combined with other promotional codes or applied on top of already-discounted sale items. One discount per order applies.
No. Store credit earned through the referral programme never expires and carries no minimum spend requirement. It can be used on any product in any order, including bespoke and custom items.
If your friend returns their order for a full refund within our standard 30-day return window, the $15 credit added to your account will be reversed. Partial returns do not affect your credit provided the remaining order value exceeds $80.
No. Referral codes cannot be applied to orders placed by the code owner, accounts registered at the same address, or accounts we identify as belonging to the same person. Abuse of the referral programme will result in credits being voided and the account reviewed.
