These are two different things
The affiliate program is for anyone who wants to earn commission by sharing links. The ambassador program is for a small number of people who want to genuinely represent the brand.

If you're primarily interested in commission on links, the affiliate program is the better fit. The ambassador program is for people who want to wear the jackets and be part of how we tell our story — not just drive traffic.

We have fewer than 20 active brand ambassadors at any time. We're not looking for follower counts.
Genuine leather wearers
You already own and wear leather — it's part of how you present yourself, not a prop for a sponsored post. Your audience has seen you in it before they ever see our name.
Niche depth over broad reach
We'd rather work with someone who has 8,000 highly engaged followers in motorcycle culture than someone with 200,000 followers who post everything. Audience relevance matters far more than size.
Strong visual sensibility
Your content looks considered. You understand light, composition, and how to make clothing feel like it belongs in the image — not like it was placed there for a screenshot.
Collaborative, not transactional
You want to be part of building something — not just receive products and post. Our best ambassador relationships have included input on colourways, campaign ideas, and product feedback that we've actually acted on.
Based anywhere
We have ambassadors across the UK, Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Location doesn't disqualify you — we ship globally and remote collaboration is normal for us.
Available for a real commitment
Minimum agreements are 6 months. We're looking for ongoing relationships, not a one-post partnership. If you're only available for individual sponsored posts, the affiliate program is a better starting point.

What's expected — and what you get
Every ambassador agreement is bespoke — the below is a guide to what's typically included.
What we ask of you
- Minimum 2 original content pieces per month featuring Vault & Hide
- Wear the jacket — genuinely, regularly, visibly
- Leather category exclusivity (no competing leather brands)
- Disclose the partnership in all commercial content (required by law)
- Participate in at least one brand-directed campaign per quarter
- Provide honest product feedback to our team
- Represent the brand in a way consistent with our values

We read every application personally. We're not looking for a pitch deck — just an honest picture of who you are, what you create, and why leather is part of your life.
Selective program — we take on fewer than 5 new ambassadors per year. A strong application matters.
2-week review — ambassador applications take longer to review than affiliates. We look carefully.
No rejection without reason — if we can't work together now, we'll tell you why and when to reapply.

Your details are used only for this application. Privacy policy
All ambassadors are automatically enrolled in the affiliate program at Standard tier or above. Your ambassador agreement replaces your affiliate agreement — you don't manage two separate accounts. Commission is tracked through the same link infrastructure.
You agree not to promote or accept compensation from other leather jacket brands during your ambassador agreement. This doesn't apply to leather accessories, footwear, or bags — only outerwear. If you're already partnered with another leather jacket brand, we'd need to discuss this before agreeing terms.
Honesty is a condition of the relationship. If a jacket doesn't work for you, tell us — we'd rather know and find something that does than have you post content you're not genuinely happy with. For Lead ambassadors, jacket selection is agreed collaboratively before dispatch. For Associate and Partner tier, we send a curated selection based on your style profile, with swap options available.
Yes — all gifted jackets are yours to keep regardless of how the partnership ends. We don't take product back. The jackets are compensation for your time and content, not loans.
