Who we can and can't work with
We're selective about wholesale partners — not to be difficult, but because our brand depends on where and how our jackets are sold.

- Partners willing to comply with our MAP (minimum advertised price) policy
✕ We can't work with
- Marketplaces that sell on price alone (including unauthorised Amazon or eBay resale)
- Fast fashion or low-price volume retailers
- Drop-shippers without physical stock commitment
- Retailers who cannot or will not honour MAP pricing
- Businesses in markets already covered by exclusive distributors
- Businesses that cannot provide proof of trading entity and VAT/tax registration
- Grey market or parallel import operations

We generally require 12 months of trading history, but we consider new businesses on a case-by-case basis — particularly if you can demonstrate relevant retail experience, a strong store concept, or a committed opening order. Contact us at [email protected] before applying if you're in your first year of trading and we'll advise honestly.
Territory exclusivity is available for Silver and Gold tier partners in markets where we don't already have exclusive distribution. Exclusivity is granted on a per-city, per-region, or per-country basis depending on the market and order commitments. Contact our trade team to check availability in your territory before applying — we'll tell you honestly whether exclusivity is possible.
No — Vault & Hide trade accounts explicitly prohibit sale through third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, ASOS Marketplace, and similar) without written approval. Violations result in immediate account suspension. If you operate an authorised brand-controlled storefront on a platform, contact us — this may be approved case by case.
We operate on a two-season model — Spring/Summer (orders placed October–December, delivery February–March) and Autumn/Winter (orders placed April–June, delivery August–September). Silver and Gold partners get an 8-week preview window before the catalogue opens to Entry tier. Repeat reorders are accepted year-round subject to availability.
Yes — all trade accounts receive a product asset pack with high-resolution photography, lifestyle images, technical specs, and product descriptions. Silver and Gold accounts receive a full asset pack including video content and social media crops. Gold accounts can request co-branded campaign assets. Assets are available via the trade portal immediately on account approval.
MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) is set at 85% of our current RRP for each style. You may sell at whatever price you choose — MAP only governs the price you advertise publicly (online listings, printed materials, promotional emails, social posts with prices). You can discount in-store at point of sale or to loyalty customers without MAP applying. Seasonal sale windows for Gold tier partners are agreed in advance each season.
