Within 24 hours
Brief review & consultation
Our bespoke team reviews your brief and contacts you within 24 hours. We'll confirm all selections, ask any clarifying questions, and make recommendations based on our experience with different leather and silhouette combinations. At this stage we'll also collect your measurements if you haven't already provided them — or arrange a measurement consultation.

Before production begins
Physical swatch dispatch
Before we cut a single piece of leather, we dispatch a physical swatch of your chosen hide and colour to your address. This is not a digital mock-up — it's the actual material, from the same batch your jacket will be cut from. You inspect it in your own light, against your own wardrobe, and confirm your approval before we proceed. Nothing is cut until you say so.

Deposit stage
50% deposit & production confirmation
Once you've approved the swatch and confirmed your brief, we issue your deposit invoice — 50% of the total price. Payment of this invoice confirms your order and moves your jacket into the production queue. The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of materials and the first stage of crafting — your leather is ordered and allocated to your jacket at this point.

The balance (remaining 50%) is invoiced before shipment — we don't dispatch until it's settled. You'll receive a balance invoice approximately one week before your jacket is ready.

3–6 weeks
Pattern, cutting & construction
Your jacket enters production in our Karachi atelier. Our pattern-makers create or adapt a pattern to your exact measurements. The leather is then cut by hand, the pieces are assembled, and the jacket is sewn by one of our senior craftsmen — not on an assembly line. Each jacket is worked on by a single craftsman from cut to final seam, which is why we know exactly who made your jacket.

Before shipment
Quality inspection & authentication
Every bespoke jacket undergoes a 24-point quality inspection before it leaves the atelier. We check every seam, every piece of hardware, every stitch, and the overall fit against your specified measurements. The jacket is then cleaned, conditioned, and packed. Your certificate of authenticity is hand-numbered and enclosed with the jacket.

Completion
Dispatch & delivery
Once your balance is settled, your jacket ships via DHL Express with full tracking. International deliveries typically take 3–7 business days depending on destination. The jacket is packed in a branded garment box with dust bag, care card, and certificate of authenticity. We send your DHL tracking number as soon as the label is created.

Common questions
Bespoke FAQ
The questions we hear most often — answered honestly.
Minor changes — a different colour, adjusted measurements, hardware swap — can usually be accommodated up to the point where leather is cut, typically within the first week of production. We cannot change the leather type or silhouette after cutting has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes — the earlier, the better. Major changes after production has started may incur a small additional charge to cover re-cutting.
If the jacket doesn't fit as specified in your approved brief — our error — we will alter it free of charge or remake it at a heavily discounted rate depending on the extent of the issue. If you provided measurements that turned out to be incorrect, we work with you to find the most cost-effective alteration solution. Most fit issues are minor and can be resolved by a local tailor — we'll advise and in some cases reimburse reasonable local alteration costs. Both options are available. Our size guide has detailed self-measurement instructions with diagrams. We don't produce photorealistic digital renders — we've found physical swatches are far more accurate and useful than computer-generated images of how leather will look. What we do send is a physical swatch of your exact leather and colour before any cutting begins. This is more reliable than a render and gives you a genuine indication of how the finished jacket will look.
We aim to deliver within 4–8 weeks from deposit receipt in the majority of cases. Complex designs, rare materials (particularly horsehide or shearling), or unusually high demand periods may extend this. If your order will take longer, we will tell you at the brief review stage before you pay your deposit — not after. We also communicate proactively if any delay occurs during production.
Yes — we handle gift bespoke orders regularly. The main challenge is measurements: the recipient either needs to provide them directly (we can liaise with them confidentially) or you can use our standard size as a base with specific adjustments noted. For gift orders, we can also create a gift card describing the bespoke order to present before the jacket is ready. Email [email protected] to discuss.
Almost certainly yes. The configurator covers our standard options — but our atelier can execute most jacket designs if the construction is possible within the properties of the leather chosen.
