All Vault & Hide products are exported under the correct Harmonised System codes as defined by the World Customs Organization. These codes appear on all commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

We maintain commercial agreements with the world's leading logistics carriers, enabling competitive shipping rates, full tracking, and customs support for both retail and wholesale orders.
For wholesale orders requiring additional documentation — Form A (GSP), letter of credit support, or destination-specific compliance certificates — contact our trade team at least 5 business days before shipment.

- No under-declaration: We always declare the full and accurate value of goods on all customs documentation. We do not mark shipments as "gifts" or reduce declared values to circumvent import duties.
- CITES compliance: All leather is sourced from cattle, sheep, and goat hides, which are not subject to CITES restrictions. We do not use exotic, protected, or wild animal skins of any kind.
- Restricted substances: Our leather is sourced from tanneries operating in compliance with REACH Regulation (EU), UK retained REACH law, and US CPSC regulations on restricted substances in apparel.
- Anti-money-laundering: We comply with Pakistan's Anti-Money Laundering Act 2010. All transactions are conducted through regulated banking and payment channels. We do not accept cash for export orders.
- Sanctioned countries: We do not ship to countries or entities subject to UN, US OFAC, EU, or UK sanctions. Orders from sanctioned jurisdictions are refused and reported to the relevant authority.
- Labour standards: Our manufacturing facility complies with Pakistan's Workers' Rights Ordinance. We maintain safe working conditions and pay wages at or above the national minimum. Factory audits are available to institutional buyers on request.
